Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Return or exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  
• This policy is applicable only for Shirts and Pants purchased from Avadh Enterprise.
  
• Orders placed only through our official website are eligible.
  
• A valid Order ID and invoice are mandatory.
  
• Approved products must be returned within 3 working days of approval.
  

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized, stitched, or altered shirts and pants.
  
• Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
  
• Accessories or gift items (if any).
  
• Used, washed, damaged, or worn products.
  

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective products.
  
• Size replacement or defective product replacement is permitted.
  
• No exchange for change of mind or style preference.
  

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To report missing, damaged, or wrong items, the following is mandatory:

• Record a clear and continuous unboxing video.
  
• The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  

Return / Exchange Process

2. Share the unboxing video and required photos, if asked.
   
3. Once approved, follow the return or pickup instructions shared by our team.
   
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will update you within 3–5 business days.
