Avadh Enterprise – Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Avadh Enterprise, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return or exchange process under the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Only damaged or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Orders placed directly through avadhenterprise.com are eligible.

  • A valid order ID and invoice must be provided.

  • Approved items must be returned within 2 working days after confirmation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, stitched, or altered products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories or gift items

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (after delivery)


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges or replacements are allowed only for damaged or wrongly delivered products.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim missing, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be recorded without cuts and shared within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp: +91 87583 94369 with your order ID.

  2. Share the unboxing video and photos (if required).

  3. Once approved, follow the provided return or pickup instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will update you within 3–5 business days.


Important Note

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by Avadh Enterprise.
